Sven Arne Domnérus , born December 20, 1924 in Solna parish , died September 2, 2008 in Stockholm [ 1 ] , was a Swedish jazz musician - alto saxophonist , clarinetist and orchestra leader .
. Domnérus is considered one of the foremost figures of Swedish jazz. In the early 1960s, he collaborated with, among others, Quincy Jones . He also became known for his interpretations of folk music and church music . Domnérus was the leader of the Radio Jazz Group in 1967 - 1978
