I first heard Headless Chickens with their album "Greedy" while on a business trip to Christchurch, NZ. The album was new out at the time - I was totally blown away and became an instant fan. Unfortunately, being from the USA and only in NZ for a short stay I didn't have a chance to get any of their earlier releases. Years later when a friend was heading to NZ on business I begged and bribed them to search for and bring back any and all Headless Chickens cd's they could find - which managed to get me "Body Blow". Now that Flying Out has "Stunt Clown" available for purchase / download I've finally been able to complete my Headless Chickens collection - and I am not disappointed at all! From their first release to their last Headless Chickens consistently delivered excellent music unlike any that I'd heard at the time and still haven't - totally unique and of a quality that should have earned them world wide success.
